Are you wondering why we claim to be “a clean and vegan friendly brand”? Well, our fragrances are completely, totally, 100% phthalate-free. We pride ourselves in having products that have no carcinogens, no mutagens, no reproductive toxins, no organ toxins and no acute toxins. These toxic chemicals can cause diseases such as cancer, affect reproductive organs, increase birth defects and cause other diseases within organs.
✖ What exactly are phthalates? Why do we care about them?
Phthalates, or phthalate esters, are a group of chemicals that are used in the manufacturing of plastics to make them more flexible and durable. Phthalates can also be found in pharmaceuticals, building materials, cleaning products, and other household goods. Phthalates are linked to increased risk of breast cancer, fertility issues, and other health problems. -CS 2020
Our Candles & Waxes
We currently have 2 types of wax that we use for our candles. Each candle is eco-friendly and made with all-natural cruelty-free products.
Our soy wax candles and wax melts are 100% pure, all natural by-product of soybeans. The soybeans are grown and harvested in the United States and are a renewable resource.
Our coconut apricot candles and wax melts are gluten free, toxin free, paraben free, phthalate free, and also come from renewable sources.
Each candle contains cotton or wood wick and phthalate-free fragrance oils.
Turnaround time and shipping
ALL ___ items are made to order, therefore the turnaround time may vary. 2-4 weeks is typical for ____ products. Bulk orders may take 5-6 weeks.
Some items may ship earlier depending on the availability and accessibility of an item. If an item will take longer than the turnaround quoted you will be contacted.
Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be shipped out. All packages ship USPS with 2-3 day delivery
Seqond Glance is not responsible for broken, lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
Mail that is returned as incorrect address will have to pay additional shipping to be resent out.
ALL SALES ARE FINIAL

Personalized or logo/company promotional / any and all furniture pieces and all types of fuel(s) cannot be returned for any reason. Clients may schedule a pickup opportunity. This is only valid if you are located in Greensboro, North Carolina (USA).
After 2 missed pickup opportunities, I will not contact you to reschedule.
All deposits/purchases are non-refundable and non-transferal.
Pre-order policy
What is a pre-order?
Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your item(s) before the it arrives with us.
Please kindly note, Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed.
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. This is a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are NOT guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.
Returns & Cancellations
Our items can NOT be returned or refunded. Cancellations are NOT permitted but if reasonable it must be done within 24 hours of ordering. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of ordering you will not be refunded.
Combined Orders
We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled or one by one.
